Monica Blue was born on Monday, November 9, 1987, at 6:31 PM, at Springhill Memorial Hospital.
Monica was a kind soul. She never met a stranger. Her motto was, “to love without fear.”
Monica was known to compliment and uplift everyone, always seeing the good in all people.
Monica held three biblical truths in her daily life—“love, acceptance, and forgiveness.”
Monica’s life echoes she was here on Earth! Her life spoke loudly of charity, and even now, Monica’s kindness and care are remembered by memories of face painting, fishing, class songs, surprise lunches, and acts of grace to all who met her.
Monica loved taking selfies and singing. She loved the beach and traveling—a true social butterfly.
Monica was a faithful member of New Birth Community Church—a true tither of time, talent, and treasure.
Monica loved life to the fullest and showed it through her infectious, unforgettable smile.
Monica will leave to cherish her memory: her loyal and devoted mother, Jannie Jackson (Walter); father, Kenny Blue; grandmothers, Overseer Dr. Ruby L. Eldridge and Earthelene Blue; two devoted aunts, Kathy Morris and Erika Blue; aunt, Libby Pitts; uncle, Willie Blue; a host of cousins; two devoted cousins, Debbie Clemons and Jabreece Blue; and many friends, church family, co- workers, neighbors, daycare children, and her precious dogs Brutus, Chocolate, and Bella.
